TruckSERV first opened its doors in 1998 by performing road service for local fleets.  Today, TruckSERV has two locations, Waukesha and Janesville.  Our Waukesha service center has nine mechanics spread over two shifts (6am-11pm), while our Janesville service center has five mechanics on a single shift.  Both facilities have a dedicated service manager and parts staff.  In addition to these facilities, we also have three mobile service units equipped with Start-All packs, air compressors, and a variety of necessary tools and parts.  One important aspect of our service is that we provide pickup and delivery of equipment if necessary.  

We understand the importance of quality repairs and preventive maintenance to improve the “uptime” of equipment.  Why and How?  Our sister company, Ursa Logistics operates over 90 trucks across the country specializing in time sensitive freight with an over 99% on-time delivery record.  Ursa has three separate dedicated service centers across the Midwest and shares its parts purchasing and general service knowledge across the organization to help all customers with quality repairs and reasonable parts pricing.  

We have Detroit, Caterpillar and Cummins certified mechanics, and can handle anything from preventive maintenance services to engine overhauls.  We can tailor our services to your specialized equipment.
